Forest Stump is a family owned and operated tree care company located in the Twin Cities metro area. Starting in 2019, Kevin began working on trees regularly, and with the help of his brother Dale he finessed his skills into a full time business: Forest Stump Tree Service, LLC.
Kevin Baumgartner
Kevin is our owner and team leader. He conducts all our estimates and is there at every job. Kevin also brings an array of experience with machinery, and a dedication to quality work. He facilitates clean-up and with fierce standards. When Kevin is on your team, you can trust the job will be done right!
Dale Baumgartner
Dale is our highly skilled aerial arborist. He climbs, runs the lift and makes those critical cuts at incredible heights. Dale also brings an comprehensive knowledge of tree health and a devotion to making it a priority. Dale is ISA Certified and a great asset to Forest Stump. With Dale on the job, you can rest assured

Zach
Zach is our incredibly valuable assistant. As cousins, Kevin & Dale have known Zach forever so it only made sense for him to join our team. Since May 2024 he's been working hard doing a little bit of everything. He helps with clean up, runs the chipper, hauls logs away, and more. We appreciate his help every day!
taviah
taviah (aka the wife) is our blanket administrative assistant. She coordinates estimates, manages emails, communicates scheduling updates, and anything else Kevin asks of her. She's the goat, and Kevin really could not do it without her. She's definitely not writing this about herself.
